What up with David and no man ascending to Heaven?

Act 2:34  For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

Acts 2:34 truly say’s the truth! David went to Hell (Paradise, Abraham’s Bosom) and his body into the grave. Since Christ conquered Lucifer and led the captives free, David’s soul and spirit are now in Heaven, yet he awaits his glorified Christ like body.

Heb 12:23  To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

Eph 4:8  Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.

Eph 4:9  (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?

Eph 4:10  He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

2Co 5:8  We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Php 1:21  For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

Php 1:22  But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not.

Php 1:23  For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better:

Php 1:24  Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.

1Co 15:50  Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

Only saints with glorified bodies will inherit the kingdom of God!

Joh 3:13  And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

John 3:13 also does not lie! No natural man of his own power has ascended into Heaven!

Yet Enoch and Elijah did ascend by God’s power and are still there.

John and Paul also ascended by God’s power and returned.

Enoch and Elijah will come back as the 2 witnesses of Rev for they must die to inherit the kingdom of God.

John and Paul are now truly in Heaven awaiting the Rapture to get their glorified bodies.

1Co 15:51  Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

1Co 15:52  In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

1Co 15:53  For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

1Co 15:54  So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

1Co 15:55  O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

The only thing that sleeps at physical death is the body, which is put into the grave!

Saved souls go to Heaven, unsaved souls go to Hell, and both will receive immortal bodies.

Dan 12:2  And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
