In Part  III of Hell Unleashed!

We will now reveal the truth about a fallen angel called

in the Hebrew tongue Abaddon, and in the Greek Apollyon.

If you are just reading this now, please also see our previous articles, Hell Unleashed Part II, and Hell Unleashed Part I.

Most people who have read the entire Bible first came to the knowledge of this fallen angelic being in the last book of the New Testament.

But he was first mentioned in the first book of the Bible ever written, and to tell the truth, the book of Job was the first one written, even before Moses wrote his 5 books, well once again when Moses wrote his books, they were originally all in 1 book, his book got split up later on, but back to Abaddon!

Below is the verse most people will quote when Abaddon is mentioned!

Rev 9:11  And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

Now John was Jewish, and had read all of the Old Testament, so where did John get this name from?

Well below I have listed a few sources, starting with Job!

You will quickly notice that the word Abaddon is nowhere to be found in the verses below, but rest assured he is clearly there in the Hebrew text!

In all the verses below when you see the word “destruction” in the original Hebrew it is plainly written Abaddon.

Job 26:6  Hell is naked before him, and destruction (Abaddon) hath no covering.

Job 28:22  Destruction (Abaddon) and death say, We have heard the fame thereof with our ears.

Notice: Death is also considered to be a fallen angel!

Job 31:12  For it is a fire that consumeth to destruction (Abaddon), and would root out all mine increase.

Psa 88:11  Shall thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave? or thy faithfulness in destruction (Abaddon)?

Pro 15:11  Hell and destruction (Abaddon) are before the LORD: how much more then the hearts of the children of men?

Pro 27:20  Hell and destruction (Abbadon) are never full; so the eyes of man are never satisfied.

So from reading the verses above you will notice that Hell is not Abaddon, in fact Abaddon is a fallen angel who is a king of an army of 200,000,000 demon horsemen, who are locked up in the deepest compartment of Hell which is known as the Abyss.  No lost human soul has ever been seen that far down!

So if you made up your mind on believing everything written in the Bible, then believe that Abaddon is a real fallen angel, and if you don’t believe, I guarantee that when he comes out you will believe!

The benefit of believing now is that you won’t be around when he finally shows up!

You will be in Heaven watching all that is happening down here on Earth.
