Eternal Salvation is not scriptural

Listed below are cut and pastes, there are plenty more but I believe this should be enough. Remember these Epistles were written to BELIEVING CHRISTIANS, WHO HAVE BELIEVED, AND SHOWN THEIR FAITH FOR CHRIST, but yet we have examples of some DEPARTING, ERRING, SLIPPING, NEGLECTING, BECOMING UNBELIEVING, FORESAKING, CASTING OF THEIR FIRST FAITH and FALLING FROM GRACE.

Divine LAW:

Num 15:28  And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly, when he sinneth by ignorance before the LORD, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.

This ABOVE applies to NEW CHRISTIANS. No Christian can know all that God requires of them, it then becomes their responsibility to READ THE BIBLE, and OBEY to the truth revealed to them, now if they know the truth, and obey it not, then it is no longer called IGNORANCE, and thus becomes sin, and sin=death (Separation from God)

Eze 18:20  The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

Eze 18:21  But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

Biblical Rules of salvation

Rule #1 From the beginning of man’s fall, salvation was promised by God.  Gen. 3:15 Salvation at that point was to have simple child like FAITH in God that He Himself would PROVIDE a way of SALVATION.

Rule #2 There is no other name given for SALVATION than JESUS.

Col 1:23  If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

Rule #3 If you do not believe in JESUS as the only way to SALVATION you are Hell bound.

Ti 4:1  Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

2Ti 2:18  Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.

Heb 2:1  Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.

Heb 2:2  For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward;

Heb 2:3  How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;

Heb 2:4  God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?

Heb 4:11  Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

Heb 12:15  Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;

Jas 1:13  Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:

Jas 1:14  But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

Jas 1:15  Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

1Ti 3:6  Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.

1Th 3:8  For now we live, if ye stand fast in the Lord.

1Jn 3:3  And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

1Jn 3:4  Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

1Co 3:16  Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

1Co 3:17  If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

2Pe 2:15  Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

1Ti 5:12  Having damnation, because they have cast off their first faith.

Gal 1:6  I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:

Gal 1:7  Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

2Co 11:3  But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

Gal 4:19  My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,

They had to be BORN AGAIN! These Galatians were once born again Christians and now have backslidden, they needed repentance and to be born again.

Gal 5:4  Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
